Details of the formal meeting held in chamber of       Chief Engineer (C), Department of Posts, New Delhi        at 11.00 AM on 25.02.2015.

Meeting attended by Union representatives:

1.    Shri S.K.Mishra, Secretary General, BPEF.

2.    Shri Balaram Pandey, General Secretary, BPCWNGEU

3.    Shri K. Suribabu, Organising Secretary, CHQ, BPCWNGEU

4.    Shri Satender Kumar, Circle Secretary, BPCWNGEU, Delhi Circle.

The following items are discussed in detail and fruitful conclusions are come out:

1.    Recruitment of Junior Engineers, Works Clerk Gr-II and MTS .. Agreed by Official side to speed up the recruitment process immediately.

2.    Finalisation of MACPs to Clerical Cadres and MTS Staff.  Spot instructions/directions were given by Chief Engineer to all Circle Heads.

3.    Finalisation of Transfer Policy and Guidelines.  The transfer policy and guidelines will be framed immediately in consultation with union members within a month and necessary instructions will be issued for strict adherence of the same to all Circle Heads.

4.    For formal meetings to be granted by Circle Heads and Divisional Heads, necessary instructions are being given to all concerned.

5.    The restructuring committee report is to be finalized at the earliest.

6.    Framing of Recruitment Rules for Lift Operators, Wireman and others.

7.    Creation of more civil divisions and electrical divisions.  This is under consideration by the department.

8.    The detailed information will be circulated on receipt of official minutes of meeting.
