The informal meeting with Chief Engineer (C) on 16.12.2013:

Alongwith General Secretary of our Union, we had an informal meeting with Chief Engineer (C) on 16.12.2013 in his chamber at 15.30 hrs.  The meeting was fruitful. The Chief Engineer (C) was kind enough to look into the issues immediately.

The following items were disucssed:

1.    Cadre restructuring: To discuss in detail regarding the cadre restructuring, Chief Engineer (C) asked us to send two nominations from Union side. On the spot, it was decided that Shri Balaram Pandey, General Secretary of our Union and Shri S.K.Mishra, Secretary General of BPEF will attend the committee.

2.    Recruitment of WCGr-II & MTS:  The recruitment of the mentiond staff is to be done by concerned Supdtg. Engineers (C) of respective Co-ordinate circles and hence the item coul not be discussed in detail.

3.    Formal meeting:  Chief Engineer (C) asked us to give agenda for the meeting so that he can grant a meeting after discussing the agenda in detail with concerned staff.  We agreed for it and we are getting our Agenda preparation.

We proudly felt that this is the first step of a new born baby and we have to leap forward in near future.

          All the members are hereby requested to spread these developments among our eternity and cause into strengthening of our Union further so that we may achief good results in coming days.
